Magistrates Office
The Magistrate Court handles civil claims up to $10,000, including wrongful occupation and unlawful detainers; misdemeanor and felony cases; worthless checks; traffic and DNR citations; and issues domestic violence petitions. The magistrates also serve as juvenile referees.
